Green tea smoothie

A healthy smoothie with green tea, fresh spinach and fruit such as banana and mango - the perfect energy boost for the morning or after exercise.



Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

  • 1 cup of green tea (cooled)
  • 1 banana (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 mango (peeled and diced)
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation:

Preparing green tea

Brew the green tea, leave to cool and put in the fridge so that it is cold

Mix all the ingredients

Place the banana, mango, spinach, cooled green tea, honey and ice cubes in a blender. Puree everything on the highest setting until a smooth consistency is achieved

Serve

Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a slice of mango or banana and enjoy immediately.


Tip

For a particularly creamy consistency, you can add a dash of coconut milk.
