Ingredients (for 2 glasses):
- 1 banana (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1 mango (peeled and diced)
- 150 g strawberries (washed and cleaned)
- 200 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or 100% juice)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 4-6 ice cubes
A refreshing vitamin kick! Fresh fruit, a hint of honey and pure energy - perfect for starting the day or as a snack between meals

Cut the banana, mango and strawberries into pieces, if not already prepared
Place the fruit, orange juice, honey and ice cubes in a blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Taste the smoothie and, if necessary, adjust with a little more honey or juice.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a slice of strawberry or a mint leaf and enjoy immediately.
You can add any other fruit such as pineapple, blueberries or kiwi to vary the flavour.
