Refreshing mint lemonade

A tangy summer drink made from fresh mint, lemon and sparkling water - perfect for a pleasant cool-down on hot days.



Ingredients (for 4 glasses):

  • 3 lemons (freshly squeezed juice)
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 800 ml mineral water (carbonated)
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

Prepare the mint

Lightly crush the mint leaves to release the flavours and place in a jug.

Lemon juice and sugar

Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the jug. Add the sugar or honey and stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Add the mineral water

Pour the chilled mineral water into the jug and mix well.

Serve

Pour the lemonade into glasses, add ice cubes and lemon slices. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy the freshness!


Tip

For a special twist, you can refine the lemonade with a squeeze of lime juice or a hint of ginger.
